Creating femenized seeds

I was wondering how you can create feminized seeds.  I've heard that hermaphrodite (hermi) plants create feminized seeds, but I've also heard that they just create more hermi seeds.  I've also heard about using a chemical to mess with the plant to make it only produce feminized seeds.

just letting u know breeding is not for the light harted it takes lots of patients and work, however, here is the basis for producing femenised seeds w/o chemicals. Take one of your females you want to breed with,  Shock that plant with light in the middle of the dark cycle.  do this a couple times than watch as the nanners grow.  once the nanners are producing viable pollen, about 2 weeks, you will take the intersex(hermie) plant and use it to shake the pollen onto other plants of the same genetics usually clones of the same kind.  make shure to seed early so they get a chance to fully grow.
